Trademarks and Brand Assets

Baseline™ and BSLN™ (collectively, the “Marks”) are proprietary trademarks owned owned by BSLN.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Marks, including all associated goodwill, are expressly reserved. No ownership rights are granted or implied by any use of the Marks on this Site or otherwise.

Unauthorized use of the Marks, including use in connection with competing products, services, investor materials, business solicitations, digital content, or any confusingly similar marks, is strictly prohibited.

Ownership of Content and Materials

All content and materials on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand elements, product designs, formulations, concepts, layouts, images, videos, software, and other proprietary materials (collectively, “Content”), are the property of BSLN or its licensors.

The Content is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws, including trademark, copyright, trade dress, and unfair competition laws.

No License or Authorization

Except as expressly stated, nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting any license, right, or authorization to use any Marks or Content, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

No third party is authorized to:

• Use the Marks or any confusingly similar designation
• Reproduce or distribute any Content
• Incorporate the Marks or Content into commercial, investor-facing, or promotional materials
• Represent or imply any affiliation, endorsement, or ownership

Any such use without prior written consent is unauthorized and unlawful.

Misappropriation and Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or misappropriation of the Marks or Content—including use in presentations, investment materials, or commercial proposals—constitutes infringement and may also give rise to claims for false designation of origin, unfair competition, and related causes of action under applicable law.

Enforcement and Reservation of Rights

BSLN and Baseline actively monitor and enforce their intellectual property rights.

We reserve all rights and remedies available at law and in equity, including the right to pursue claims for injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of attorneys’ fees to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
